At Green Houses CBD, we take special care in shipping cannabis-derived products in compliance with EU and French regulations (THC < 0.2%). This policy outlines our shipping practices, restrictions, and delivery timelines.

Shipping Areas

France (Mainland)

We ship throughout mainland France via Colissimo and Chronopost. All packages require adult signature (18+) upon delivery.

European Union

We ship to most EU countries where CBD products are legal. Some restrictions apply to cannabis flowers - please check product pages.

International Restrictions

We cannot ship cannabis-derived products to countries where they are prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • United States
  • Australia
  • Certain Middle Eastern countries

Packaging Standards

All cannabis products are shipped with:

  • Discrete, unbranded packaging
  • Odor-proof containers for flowers
  • Temperature-controlled packaging when required
  • No mention of cannabis on exterior labels
  • Required legal documentation including lab reports

Note: While we take these precautions, we cannot guarantee against customs inspections in your country.

Age Verification

All cannabis product shipments require age verification:

  • At checkout through our third-party verification system
  • Upon delivery - carriers will request ID if recipient appears under 25
  • For medical cannabis - additional documentation verification

Important: Failed age verification at delivery will result in package return and refund minus shipping costs.

International Shipping Considerations

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for:

  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees
  • Compliance with local cannabis laws
  • Providing required documentation for clearance

Legal Risks

By ordering internationally, you acknowledge that:

  • Cannabis laws vary significantly by country
  • We cannot intervene with customs seizures
  • Refunds are not provided for confiscated packages

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of shipment date
  2. Provide photos of damaged items and packaging
  3. We will file a claim with the carrier
  4. Once verified, we will replace or refund as appropriate

Note: Due to cannabis regulations, some products may not be eligible for reshipment to certain locations.
