Cannabis Product Returns

Due to the nature of cannabis products, we have specific return policies to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Unopened Products

We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging with all seals intact.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened cannabis products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Consumable products (edibles, pre-rolls, etc.)
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions
  • Custom or personalized items

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@example.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Approval: We'll review your request and send return instructions if approved.
  3. Ship Back: Send the unopened product in its original packaging using our approved carrier.
  4. Refund: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Important Notes

All returns are subject to compliance with local cannabis regulations. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy requirements.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
